The Erasmus+ Programme is a European Union mobility programme that promotes cooperation between higher education institutions (HEIs). It grants funds for HEIs to create and implement joint projects and engage in short-term student and staff mobilities.
Since 2004, the Turkish National Police Academy has been holding the Erasmus+ (European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), which provides the general quality framework for European and International Cooperation Activities that a HEI could carry out within the Erasmus+ Programme.
Within this framework, TNPA has signed inter-institutional agreements with a number of HEIs in Erasmus+ Programme and partner countries. As part of the Erasmus+ Programme, a considerable number of our academic personnel, students, and administrative staff have visited our partner institutions while foreign students and staff have been hosted in our Academy.
